We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and notify us promptly if you encounter any issues. Retain all original packaging if you are considering a return.

Return Window & Eligibility
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange of eligible items within 30 days from delivery. Items must be returned in original condition — unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags. If a piece is non‑returnable, this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
Returns accepted for reasons other than damage, defect, or transit error will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. This fee reflects the cost of inspecting, re‑packaging, and processing the return — a common practice in the premium furniture and design industry.
Return shipping and original delivery charges are non‑refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility. If your return requires carrier pickup arranged by Planet Garden Concept, additional pickup fees may apply.
Damaged, Defective or Transit‑Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery with photos or documentation. Restocking fees and return‑shipping charges will be waived for items proven to be defective or damaged in transit.
Refunds & Credits
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued for the purchase price less applicable fees, in the original form of payment. For gift purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
