Shipping policy


At Planet Garden Concept, we are committed to delivering your purchases safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the luxury and quality standards you expect. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines your responsibilities, our obligations, and the terms that govern the transport, handling, and receipt of your order.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Services

Shipping methods are determined by the size, weight, and type of items purchased:

Standard Delivery

  • Applied to smaller items.

  • Delivery: Monday–Saturday; select markets on Sunday.

  • Typical transit: 3–7 business days from shipment date.

Threshold Delivery

  • Applied to furniture and larger parcels.

  • Delivery window: 4 hours; typical transit: 1–3 weeks within contiguous U.S.

  • Items will be placed at the building threshold/entrance for multi-unit addresses.

  • Does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.

Full-Service In-Home Delivery

  • Applied to furniture and oversized items requiring special handling.

  • Delivery window: 4 hours; typical transit: 1–3 weeks within contiguous U.S.

  • Includes placement in the room of choice, assembly, and removal of packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for installation of wall anchors, anti-tip hardware, or electrical elements.

2. Shipping Charges & Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method, destination, and order size.

  • If multiple shipping methods are required for a single order, Standard Delivery charges for items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. or Canada will be added to any Threshold or In-Home fees.

  • Expedited delivery may be offered for select items at additional cost; international shipments may be excluded.

  • Storage fees: Customers have 10 calendar days to accept delivery after notification; thereafter, storage fees of $10 per day, per order may apply.

  • Additional fees may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts if no one is available to receive the shipment.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote locations may incur additional fees and extended delivery timelines. Customers in these locations should contact Customer Service to confirm shipping options and costs before placing an order.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

  • Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing components, or discrepancies must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.

  • Retain all original packaging if you plan to return, exchange, or resell an item.

  • For international shipments via freight forwarders, customers are responsible for inspection prior to international shipping and for arranging return shipments in case of damage or errors. Planet Garden Concept is not liable for international shipping or return fees.

4. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Planet Garden Concept is not liable for damage, delay, loss, or theft caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, freight forwarders, or other events outside our control.

  • Any claims for damages or losses must comply with the inspection and reporting requirements above.

5. Limitations & Disclaimer

  • We do not ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

  • Planet Garden Concept reserves the right to refuse delivery to addresses deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or ineligible for a selected shipping method.

  • By placing an order, customers acknowledge that Planet Garden Concept limits liability for shipping and delivery issues to the terms stated herein. Failure to comply with inspection, reporting, or packaging requirements may void any claims for damages, loss, or refunds.

6. International & Remote Locations

  • Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and via domestic freight forwarder for international delivery are available.

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs beyond the contiguous U.S.

  • Planet Garden Concept is not responsible for arranging returns, refunds, or exchanges for items shipped internationally or to remote locations via freight forwarders.
